Method 3: Disconnect & Reconnect Bank Account

  3. Now, from the Account window, select the Disconnect this account option.
  4. Click Save and Close.

For Reconnecting the Bank Account to QuickBooks Online, follow the steps:

  1. Go to the Bank tab and click on the Add Account option.
  2. Now, enter the login credentials of your bank account and click Continue.
  3. After that, select Securely connect and click the Bank icon.
  4. From the Account type drop-down list, choose your account.
  5. Now, choose a Bank account or Credit Card account. 
  6. If you don’t have an account, then, click on +Add new and press the Connect button.
